In 1987 Barrie & Jan formed a duo in Sydney, where they cut their teeth in the local venues of the day. They have been touring extensively since late 1989 entertaining audiences all over Australia:

Barrie and Jan are now based in Adelaide, Barrie's hometown. They have developed into a very tight and sought after act playing many diverse venues from Front Bar Pubs, Outback Gold and Coal mines, Restaurants, Nightclubs, Corporate Functions and Five Star venues such as the Darwin Casino and the Whitsunday Island Resorts: They handle any situation, anywhere, with their excellent music and superb showmanship abilities.

 

They read their audiences well and can offer styles ranging from Rock & Roll to Modern Pop, Jazz to Rhythm & Blues, and Country to Boogie. They are always well presented and dress to suit the occasion.  They are in great demand in the Private Party Circuit.

 

With the stories and music Barrie and Jan present, audiences become aware of and experience the flavour and spirit of the Australian Music Industry. They are a world-class duo, not to be missed, who can entertain people from eighteen to eighty years old - and have done so countless times.
